I love it, an old classic party set off on a grand quest. A glorious rendition of the old classic. I love the way you did the snow by the way, and how you actually depicted the party as wearing appropriate gear for the weather, furs and heavy cloaks.
Did you have any particular story behind this one?
Criticism: I like how the color palette gives it a faintly otherworldly feel without going so far as to be unnatural looking. Center character's sword looks a little bit out of perspective to me. The archer's arrows seem to be exhibiting a peculiar antigravity. Unless that's how arrows sit when they're in a quiver like that, because of a frame or something. In which case, please ignore me. The color of the top sunbeam on the shield doesn't match the rest of the shield. Is this deliberate? I really like how you've used the characters' expressions and how they're looking at each other to give this a sort of "plucked from life" feel and making it a picture about a *group* instead of just making it a picture of three characters. <3 Breath fog effect is beautifully subtle. I didn't notice it until I noticed that I hadn't noticed its absence and went looking for it. Very nice
